We are located on Lawrenceville Highway in between Indian Trail Road and Beaver Ruin Road on the south side of the road. We have easy access to I-85. Simply exit Beaver Ruin Road and head south until you reach Lawrenceville Highway and turn right. Come down through the Postal Way Intersection and we are the first driveway on your left.

units. Our Lilburn
location in Georgia is
conveniently located off
Lawrenceville Highway
with easy access to I85.
We offer all ground
level units making it
easy to access your
storage unit via car.
Whether you’re in
college and looking to
store your items over
the summer, new to the
area and renting until
you find that perfect
home, or simply looking
to downsize, we have a
storage solution for
you. In addition to dry
storage units, we offer
RV and boat parking to
store your oversized
vehicles and toys.
Access your belonging
24/7 via electronic gate
access (available upon
request). Our facility
is fenced, lighted, and
wired with security
cameras, giving you
peace of mind knowing
your items are safe. Our
on-site resident manager
is here 6 days a week,
Monday – Saturday 9:00am
- 6:00pm. Our gate hours
are 6:00am – 10:00pm
Monday – Sunday.
We have 437 dry
self-storage units, 46
dry-inside storage units
on this property, and we
offer 8x10 units. Many
of our units are
equipped with power. Our
facility grounds are
clean and well kept,
with pest control
service on a
monthly-basis. We sell
boxes and moving
supplies and offer
handcarts for your use
while at our Lilburn
facility. We also offer
U-Haul truck and trailer
rentals.
We strive to make your
time with us easy. We
offer month-to-month
rentals. We accept all
package deliveries from
UPS, Fed Ex, etc, as
long as a key is given
for us to access your
unit. If your credit
card expires we will
call you immediately so
there is no problem for
your next payment. If
your payment due date is
approaching, we will try
to give you a courtesy
call before applying any
late fees. You can also
pay online or set up an
auto-pay for
convenience. Our "Drop
Box" is always available
for payments after
hours.
