Our Jonesboro, GA storage
facility is located
right next to I-75 on
Mt. Zion Road, making
it easy to access. The entire
facility is on the
ground level and can be
accessed by car. For
any questions you may
have, you'll
always talk to our
friendly on-site manager, not a kiosk! Our
manager is
available six days a
week to answer all of
your storage questions,
and make a storage unit
reservation for you. We
pride ourselves on
top-notch customer
service.
The Jonesboro Storage
Neighbor is extremely
safe and secure. The facility
premises are completely fenced,
with razor wire along
the top. Surveillance
cameras monitor the
property 24/7. Georgia
Power light poles keep
the parking area well-lit,
and
24-hour electronic
gated access protects
your possessions. For your
convenience, only one
code is necessary to
enter and exit the gate. All
storage units have
time-controlled lights
for your safety.
We have 311 dry
self-storage units and
92 climate controlled
units on the property of
various sizes to fit all
of your storage needs.
There are also 65
parking spaces for RVs, boats,
tractors, and any
oversized vehicles you
want to keep safe. The
front office is bright
and cheerful, and the
grounds are clean and
well-kept, with pest
control service on a
monthly basis.
We take an active role
in working with our
customers at The Storage
Neighbor. All
package deliveries from
UPS, Fed Ex, etc, are
accepted, so you can
ship items directly to
your unit without having
to be there. If your credit
card expires we will
call you immediately so
there is no problem for
your next payment. If
your payment due date is
approaching, we will try
to give you a courtesy
call before applying any
late fees. You can also
pay online for
convenience or set up an
auto-pay so you never
have to worry. Our "Drop
Box" is always available
at the front door to the
office for payments after
hours. If you require
additional safeguards,
we also sell insurance
for your belongings.
