Cumming GA Facility Details

Our Cumming, GA storage facility is located just off of GA 400 on Hutchinson Road, making it easy to get to and access. The entire facility is on the ground level and can be accessed by car. For any questions, you'll always talk to a real person, not a kiosk! Our on-site manager is available six days a week to answer all of your storage questions, and make a unit reservation for you. We pride ourselves on top-notch customer service.

The storage facility premises are both fenced and well-lit, with security cameras and 24-hour electronic gated access to protect your possessions. For your convenience, only one code is necessary to enter and exit the gate.

We have 250 dry self-storage units and 106 climate controlled units on the property of various sizes to fit all of your storage needs. There is also RV and boat parking for your oversized vehicles and toys. All storage units have time-controlled lights for your safety. The front office is bright and cheerful, and the grounds are clean and well-kept, with pest control service on a monthly basis.

We take an active role in working with our customers at The Storage Neighbor. All package deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex, etc, are accepted, so you can ship items directly to your unit without having to be there. If your credit card expires we will call you immediately so there is no problem for your next payment. If your payment due date is approaching, we will try to give you a courtesy call before applying any late fees. You can also pay online for convenience or set up an auto-pay so you never have to worry. Our "Drop Box" is always available for payments after hours.

The Storage Neighbor at Cumming along with several of our other locations hosts unit auctions every other month. In giving back to our community The Storage Neighbor in Cumming supports Toys 4 Tots, Cuming- Forsyth Business Chamber, as well as Better World Books.
