Our Roswell/Alpharetta, GA storage
facility is located
just off Arnold Mill
Road in Alpharetta GA. The entire
facility is on the
ground level and can be
accessed by car, with
extra wide driveways for
easier access to your
storage unit. Our
friendly on-site manager is
available six days a
week to answer all of
your storage questions,
and help you make the
best storage unit
reservation depending on
your situation and your
needs. We take pride in
exceptional customer
service to make your
storage experience
hassle-free.
The Alpharetta Storage
Neighbor is extremely
safe and secure. The
facility premises are
completely fenced, and surveillance
cameras monitor the
facility 24/7. The parking area
and all storage units
are well-lit, with 24-hour
electronic gated access
and personal security
codes to protect your
possessions. For your
convenience, only one
code is necessary to
enter and exit the gate.
All storage units have
time-controlled lights
for your convenience and safety.
We have 151 dry
self-storage units and
221 climate controlled
units on the property of
various sizes to
accomodate all
of your storage needs.
There are also 49
parking spaces (both
large and small sizes
available) for RVs, boats,
tractors, and any
oversized vehicles you
want to keep safe. Our
goal is to help you find
the right size storage
space for your needs, so
that your storage rental
is both affordable and
efficient. Loading carts
and dollys are available
on-site for your move-in
convenience. The
front office is clean and
well-kept, with boxes
and moving supplies
available at affordable
prices.
We take an active role
in working with our
storage customers at The Storage
Neighbor. Deliveries are
accepted on your behalf,
so any packages from
UPS, Fed Ex, etc can be
shipped directly to your
unit without you having
to be there. If your credit
card expires we will
call you immediately so
there is no problem for
your next payment. If
your payment due date is
approaching, we will try
to give you a courtesy
call before applying any
late fees. For
worry-free payments, you can
either pay online or set
up an
auto-pay account. Our "Drop
Box" is always available
at the front door to the
office for payments
after hours. If you
require additional
protection, we also sell
insurance for your
stuff.
