provides convenient,
secure, safe, and
affordable self-storage
units.
Our Madison, AL Research
Park storage facility
offers storage rentals on a
month-to-month basis,
and a great location
near I-565. We also have
the honor of being the
first Storage Neighbor
facility to open!
Our friendly manager
is on duty 6 days a week
(Mon-Sat) from 9 a.m. -
6 p.m. ready to help you with
storage reservations and
customer service.
The manager can help you
choose a storage unit
size that will best suit
your needs, and answer
any questions you may
have about self storage
in Madison AL. Gate
hours are available 7
days a week through 9
p.m. and 24-hour access
is available on request.
All storage units are
located on the
ground level,
making it easy to move
your stuff in and out of
your storage unit, and
there is plenty of space
to maneuver your vehicle
around the property. There
are 320 dry storage
units, ranging in size
from 5x5 to 10x30 feet;
25 climate controlled
units, from 5x10 to
10x15 feet; and 75
outdoor parking spaces
available for RV's,
large boats, 5th wheels,
and other oversized
vehicles.
Security cameras and
electronic gated access
ensure that your stored
items are safe, secure, and
monitored 24/7. Key code
access allows management
to track who comes in
and out of the storage
facility. The Research
Park facility is
surrounded by a security
fence, and features a
very well-lit premises
for visits after dark.
In addition, customers
will find timed lights inside
all storage units and
buildings. The front
office is clean and
inviting, and the
grounds are landscaped and
well-maintained.
Customers love our
friendly managers and
personal care, as well
as amenities such as
24/7 restroom access,
competitive pricing and
monthly specials,
website and
over-the-phone
reservations, handcarts
for moving assistance,
and moving/packing
supplies such as boxes,
locks, straps, bubble
wrap, peanuts, mattress
covers, tape, damp rid,
and more available
in the front office. We
also accept all
courier-to-unit
package deliveries from UPS, Fed
Ex, etc so you don't
have to be around when
your deliveries arrive.
The Storage Neighbor

friendly and helped me
get everything I needed
from boxes to locks. She
even helped me set up my
payments so I don't have
to bother remembering to

nicely kept and the
