The Storage Neighbor provides convenient, secure/safe and affordable self-storage units. Our Nance Road location in Madison, AL is located just off of Nance Road in Monrovia close to the Arsenal. The storage facility offers all ground level units making it easy to access your storage unit via car. Whether you’re in college and looking to store your items over the summer, new to the area and renting until you find that perfect home, or simply looking to downsize, we have a storage solution for you. In addition to dry storage units, we offer RV and boat parking to store your oversized vehicles and toys.

Access your belonging 24/7 via electronic gate access. Our facility is fenced, lighted, and wired with security cameras, giving you peace of mind knowing your items are safe. Need access to our onsite manager? No problem. Our on-site manager is here 5 days a week, Tuesday – Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

We have 126 outside self-storage units and 68 dry inside storage units on this property. Our facility grounds are clean and well-kept, with pest control service on a monthly-basis. We sell boxes and moving supplies and offer handcarts for your use while at our Nance facility.

We strive to make your time with us easy. We offer month-to-month rentals. We accept all package deliveries from UPS, Fed Ex, etc, as long as a key is given for us to access your unit. If your credit card expires we will call you immediately so there is no problem for your next payment. If your payment due date is approaching, we will try to give you a courtesy call before applying any late fees. You can also pay online or set up an auto-pay for convenience. Our "Drop Box" is always available for payments after hours.

The Storage Neighbor at Nance along with several of our other locations hosts unit auctions every other month. The Storage Neighbors of Alabama support a wide variety of community events from WhistleStop BBQ to The Huntsville Chamber of Commerce Business Expo to Toys for Tots.
