Our Huntsville, AL Leeman Ferry storage facility is
located away from
congested areas, making
it easy to get to and
access. The entire
facility is on the
ground level (no
elevators to deal with),
and the parking area is
an open field which
allows for easier moving
than sites with
restricted areas. We
have RV and boat parking
to store your oversized
vehicles and toys. For
reservations and
customer service, you'll
always talk to a real
person, not a kiosk!
Our security cameras and
electronic gated access
ensure that your stored
items are safe and
monitored, and the
premises are both fenced
and well-lit. And you'll
only need one code to
enter the gate; you do
not have to use a
separate code to exit.
Inside all Leeman Ferry storage units, you'll
find timer lights for
your convenience. The
buildings themselves
also have timer lights
at each door for added
security. The front
office is bright and
cheerful, and the
grounds are clean and
well-kept, with pest
control service on a
monthly basis.
We take an active role
in working with our
customers. Our handcarts
are available to help
you move, and we accept
all package deliveries
from UPS, Fed Ex, etc, as long as a key is
given for us to access
your unit. If your
credit card expires we
will call you
immediately so there is
no problem for your next
payment. If your
payment due date is
approaching, we will try
to give you a courtesy
call before applying any
late fees. You can also
pay online for
convenience or set up an
auto-pay so you never
have to worry. Our "Drop
Box" is always available
for payments after
hours.
