The Company was founded by NitNeil Partners, which developed its first self storage facility in Alabama in 1994. The Storage Neighbor expanded into Georgia in 2003 with the development of a facility just South of Metropolitan Atlanta. NitNeil has continued to expand The Storage Neighbor brand through both development and the acquisition of independently owned facilities. The Company remains a family owned business and is committed to serving its customers. |
